Citroen C4X Sunroof Malfunction - A Fight for Warranty Coverage

Hello. I am a Citroen C4X user. On the 3rd day of Eid al-Adha, I opened my sunroof and the vehicle jammed the sunroof curtain while pulling it back. While the sunroof was closing, on top of that, a wick from the sunroof fell on me. And the curtain came back with difficulty. After the holiday, I explained the situation of my vehicle that I took to the authorised dealer. First of all, the service employee who saw that they put the wick back in place, but the sunroof curtain was broken, showed the curtain part to the master. The master said that the problem was that the mechanism there was broken. He said that normally this situation would not happen with human hands and that this should be changed as a set. When the service looked at the warranty status, he told me that this was out of warranty and that the fractures could not be covered by the warranty by returning to me 8 days later. I also called Citroen Turkey customer service, they said they would deal with the issue. But in today's return, they stated that the final decision was user error. I don't understand what I did to break that part. They are trying to put the fault of the poor quality material they use on me. If my victimisation is not resolved, I would like to state that I will use my legal rights. If there is no positive return from this page, I inform the Citroen authorities in advance that I will apply directly to the legal ground.
