Citibank Is Holding My Money and Not Transferring It to My Account
For the past month, Citibank has been holding funds sent to me via EFT in GBP without converting them to ₺ or transferring the money to my account. Despite numerous attempts to contact their customer service, I have received no explanation or resolution.
When I call, I am told they do not handle individual transactions, which is completely unacceptable and makes no sense. This lack of support and transparency is incredibly frustrating.
I urgently request Citibank to release my money and resolve this issue immediately. This kind of negligence is unacceptable from a global bank, and I expect prompt action to ensure my funds are transferred to my account without further delay.
