Barclays Bank Ignored My Complaint and Blocked Access to My Own Funds
I experienced a serious issue with the Barclays Bank, which left me in a difficult situation. Last Thursday, an amount of approximately ₺1 trillion was transferred to my account by A** Ö*****. However, when I tried to withdraw this money from Akbank and Yapı Kredi branches in Yıldıztabya, Gaziosmanpaşa (Istanbul), I was unsuccessful. I’m unable to perform any transactions through the app, and I have no idea what to do next.
Today, even though I was told that a refund would be issued, I was treated disrespectfully, almost as if I were being mocked, and the issue still hasn’t been resolved. I have receipts from the banks confirming my attempts to withdraw the funds. So far, no solution has been provided, and my problem continues.
I expect Barclays Bank to remove the block on my account and refund my money in full without deductions.
