Cigna Refused to Cover My Child's Neurology Visit Due to an Excuse About Dates

Cigna Insurance makes up excuses to avoid paying hospital fees. Absolutely do not get insurance with them, they mislead people. Let me briefly explain what happened to me. In April, I went to a pediatrician, and they said, "It's not urgent, but whenever you want, have a neurologist take a look just for peace of mind." So, this month I took my child to the doctor. The doctor asked, "Why are you here? What's the complaint?" I explained, "Back in April, the pediatrician suggested that for peace of mind, we should see a neurologist, so we came." The doctor noted April in the records, but the insurance started in August, so they said they wouldn't cover the cost. Look at this excuse. Absolutely do not get insurance. If insurance isn’t going to be useful now, then when will it be?
