Cigna Denied Coverage for Nasal Congestion After 10 Exams Promised!
I thought I had full coverage - they told me I could have up to 10 check-ups with my insurance. But when I went to the h...ospital, they suggested and complained about my stuffy nose, and they wouldn't accept payment, as if I'm purposely blocking my nose for enjoyment! I'm spending twice as much money.
