Cigna Denied Coverage for Nasal Congestion After 10 Exams Promised!

I thought I had full coverage - they told me I could have up to 10 check-ups with my insurance. But when I went to the hospital, they suggested and complained about my stuffy nose, and they wouldn't accept payment, as if I'm purposely blocking my nose for enjoyment! I'm spending twice as much money. They talked about the same problem a month ago, but after the first check, they quietly took out the stuffy nose issue from the agreement without telling us. I do not recommend getting health insurance services from the Cigna brand to anyone.
