QNB Insurance Made Me Pay Out of Pocket and Delayed My Claims Processing
QNB Insurance has been a letdown—avoid it. My husband signed up for it, and we keep encountering issues. They come up with excuses to deny coverage for most things as they see fit. You can't leave the hospital without paying out of pocket first, which is incredibly stressful in urgent situations. They also fail to provide proper customer support, leaving us stuck with unanswered questions. Even simple claims take weeks to process, with no clear communication. Even when they do agree to cover something, they put it under review and make you wait. We had to call multiple times just to get updates on our claims.
