
"After the life insurance policy arranged by QNB Bank in connection with my personal needs loan, I don't recall you telling me or me remembering that I had a right of withdrawal when it was imposed on me as if it were a favor. What’s interesting is that QNB Bank refers the issue to the Bank Branch, and they refer it back to the Bank. Apparently, we have started playing table tennis without realizing it, tossing the issue back and forth. You think you are providing a solution to your customer by responding with some stereotyped phrases. If I have a right of withdrawal, why wasn’t it mentioned to me within the relevant period or at the time the policy was arranged, or at least reminded afterwards? You are contradicting the Mission and Vision values of your company, which you claim is corporate; you think that by calling for customer satisfaction and claiming you have provided information, you have solved the issue. In my opinion, there is no issue here that has been resolved."
