If I have a right of withdrawal, why wasn’t it mentioned to me within the relevant period or at the time the policy was arranged, or at least reminded afterwards? You are contradicting the Mission and Vision values of your company, which you claim is corporate; you think that by calling for customer satisfaction and claiming you have provided information, you have solved the issue. In my opinion, there is no issue here that has been resolved."
