I recently reached out to the service provider offering Cigna Assistance to avail myself of their check-up service. However, my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. It's been a grueling five days, and I'm still awaiting a response from them. The anticipation has been taxing, leaving me frustrated and questioning the efficiency of their customer service. To compound the situation, I decided to take matters into my own hands and applied to cancel my policy. Their response to this was yet another promise—this time assuring me that I would receive a call within the next three days. It's disheartening to see that the company is more responsive when a customer threatens to cancel rather than when they seek assistance or information.
