Chime Glitches On My New Phone, Useless Support
I switched over to a new phone recently, wouldn't you know it, after a few logins, Chime decides to throw in the towel and stop working altogether. I've tried hitting up Chime for some help, but man, they've been about as useful as a screen door on a submarine. All I'm getting are these generic "support" messages that don't tell me squat. And to top it off, they're trying to blame my phone for the whole mess. But if that's the case, then why did it work just fine for the first few logins? I've exhausted all the tips and tricks I could find online, but no dice. I'm running out of ideas here, and it's driving me up the wall, this doesn’t bother you? How nice.
