Viber Blocked My Account After Switching Phones and Support Offers No Real Help

My Viber account has been blocked for nearly 2 months now, just because I switched to a new phone. I’ve contacted their support team so many times, but all I receive are these generic, automated replies that don’t help at all. It's really annoying since I depend on Viber for both work and personal chats, and this problem is totally disrupting my ability to use the app. I thought a widely used platform like Viber would have better customer service, but their absence of real support is pretty disappointing. I still haven't received any solution, and I'm completely locked out of my account. Thinking about changing devices? Just a heads up – don’t expect any help from Viber’s support!
