I Have A Complaint About The Snapchat Application, Won't Let Me In

I can't get into my Snapchat account at all. There's something fishy about the app; it won't let me in. I can log in on my iPhone, but not on any other phone or the web. Nope, not going to happen. It's making no sense to me why this is happening. I need help like yesterday. It really did happen out of the blue, and it's still not fixed. A month ago, I went to their support page and told them about the whole thing. Guess what? No sound on the radio. Nada. I'm writing this because I'm completely lost. What's up with Snapchat? Help a friend out and figure this out. This digital lockout drama is not fun for me.
