In November 2023, I purchased a brand-new Chery Tiggo 7 from Adana Tekbaş Plaza. Shortly after, I noticed black stains beneath the clear coat on the bodywork.
Since I live closer to Düzce Kervan Plaza, I took my vehicle there for an inspection. The service team confirmed that the right rear door, right front door, C-pillar, roof, and hood were all affected by this paint defect. They proposed repainting the entire right side and the hood, but since my car is brand-new with only 10,000 km, I refused.
I requested a vehicle replacement twice, but Chery rejected it. I even offered to trade it in for a discount, but that request was also denied. Despite three service visits, even the bodywork specialist admitted it was a factory paint defect, yet Chery insists that repainting is the only solution.
I should not have to accept a repainted vehicle when I bought it brand-new. Chery, resolve this issue fairly—replace my car or offer proper compensation! I demand a swift resolution to this problem.
