Chery Omoda 5 Sunroof Noise Issue – No Real Solution After Multiple Repairs

I purchased a Chery Omoda 5 from Uşak Sadıkoğlu dealership a year ago, but since the day I got it, the sunroof has been making a loud creaking noise when opening and closing. I have taken my car to the service center multiple times, and despite opening service requests and even replacing the entire sunroof assembly, the issue still hasn’t been fixed. The service team did their best, but when they escalated the issue to higher-ups, Chery’s response was dismissive. They simply said the noise was "within tolerance limits" and refused to take further action. To make matters worse, during one of these service visits, the front windshield was broken—another issue caused by their repeated attempts to fix my car. The Uşak Chery service center has exhausted all options, and despite multiple emails to higher management, all I received were generic, dismissive responses.

In my previous complaint, the authorities contacted me, but my problem was not resolved. On top of that, as if mocking me, the response from the headquarters was to give the customer two sunroof sprays and send them, and when they couldn't handle the abnormal sunroof creaking noise by calling it a normal sound, they tried to brush me off. Not only was my problem not resolved in any way by the headquarters, but they also tried to get rid of me by offering spray as if mocking me. The Chery headquarters neither solved my problem nor stood behind me; moreover, they tried to brush me off by saying 'we can't do anything.' I will seek my rights through legal means with the necessary documents. It is truly sad that such a big company like Chery cannot stand behind its customers and the cars it sells; since I bought it, I have constantly had to go to the service center. I have realized that Chery is a regret. From now on, I will seek my rights through legal means. I hope senior officials read this post. Trying to send the customer away by giving two sprays as a so-called gift and telling them to spray it on the sunroof for the creaking noise is outright mockery. Chery is truly a regret; from now on, I will seek my rights through legal means.
