Brand-new 2024 Chery Omada 5 Has Faulty, Inoperable Engine

The engine of my brand-new 2024 Chery Omada 5, purchased from Kıyı Otomotiv Sultanbeyli Chery dealership, was found to be defective. The authorized Chery service center informed me that the engine had to be disassembled to repair the damage. It is unacceptable that a one-month-old vehicle requires such extensive repairs. I demand a full refund, including legal interest, for all expenses incurred on this vehicle. Despite two months having passed, the repairs have yet to be completed
