Being an engineering student, I've been utilizing Chegg for a couple of months. Out of the 20 questions I get each month, half of them are answered incorrectly or incompletely. I frequently have to resubmit the same question or assignment more than once. After having my questions reviewed by my professor, it was brought to my attention that the solutions I had provided were completely incorrect. At times, the most basic aspects of the questions are answered incorrectly. We should address this issue. Is my money being wasted for no reason? I've expressed my concerns in various places, and I'm contemplating submitting a complaint to Consumer Rights. We will not cover the cost of solutions that are incorrect half of the time.
