Chegg Ignored My Finite Element Method Questions and Offers No Way to Contact Support

I’m extremely disappointed with Chegg’s service. I submitted two questions about finite element methods on April 30, and neither one has received a response. This defeats the entire purpose of the platform, which is supposed to help students get timely academic support.
What’s even more frustrating is that there’s no way to reach customer service. There’s no contact email, no proper support channel—nothing. I tried asking again, but it just counts against my question limit. That means I lose my opportunity to ask real questions simply because Chegg failed to respond in the first place.
The system is poorly designed and unhelpful. I paid for a service that doesn’t deliver on its core promise, and I’m left without the academic help I urgently needed. Chegg really needs to take responsibility for these unanswered questions or offer better user support.
