Chegg gives wrong AI answers—how can I get accurate solutions?

Chegg acknowledges that AI tools can sometimes produce inaccurate or incomplete answers, so don’t rely on an AI response alone for important coursework.

For a more reliable solution, compare the response with Chegg’s step-by-step textbook solutions or submit the problem through Expert Q&A for subject-specific help.

If the answer remains incorrect, provide Chegg with the question, incorrect solution, and correct working so the issue can be reviewed.

These are key methods that we can offer. If you have more, please share.
