OpenAI Faces Refund Demand Over Repeated Unauthorized Card Charges

I noticed that two payments had been charged by OpenAI from my account, completely without my knowledge or permission. When I checked my statements, I found a total of $40 in transactions — $20 on 05/11/2026 and another $20 on 06/11/2026. The transaction description on the card statement reads "openai * ch," and the last 4 digits of the card used are 2875.
I don't have any membership, account, or agreement with OpenAI, including any ChatGPT subscription. I never gave my card information to this company in any way, and I never knowingly signed up for any of its services. Despite this, having payments charged from my card for two consecutive months is an entirely unauthorized and unapproved transaction.
I'm requesting that OpenAI refund the total of $40 charged from my card without delay — $20 from 05/11/2026 and $20 from 06/11/2026. I also want my card information completely removed from their systems so that no further transactions can ever be made on this card.
