I Canceled My Claude AI Subscription but Never Received My Refund

On March 25, I purchased a subscription through the Claude AI website using my bank card. During the second month of the subscription, another $24 was charged from my card on April 27 without my permission or request. At that time, I did not want to renew the subscription.

After this unexpected charge on April 27, I canceled my subscription and immediately created a refund request. The following day, on April 28, I contacted support again and requested further action regarding the process. However, despite the time that has passed, the refund amount has still not been returned to my account.

When I first submitted my refund request, the support team informed me that the refund process had been completed successfully. However, after noticing that no refund appeared on my card, I contacted them again and this time I was told that there was no refund transaction associated with my account. Being told at first that the refund was successful and later being told that no such refund exists has seriously damaged my trust in the company.

I request that the $24 charged from my bank card on April 27 without my consent be fully refunded to my account as soon as possible, and I also demand a clear written explanation regarding the entire process.
