ChatGPT Plus Alters Code, Deletes Work, and Fails to Download Files

Even though I am a ChatGPT Plus subscriber, the system constantly modifies my work incorrectly. I give clear instructions to leave parts of my code unchanged, yet it randomly alters working sections, breaking the script entirely. No matter which model I use—Canvas or GPT-4—both do the same thing.

I have spent over four hours trying to fix what ChatGPT keeps breaking. It also fails to properly save or download files. I request a file, wait an hour, and then get an empty download. Links don’t work, and entire sections of my script have been lost.

For the past three days, my six-page script has been ruined, wasting valuable time. OpenAI needs to fix this issue immediately. Does anyone know of a better alternative to ChatGPT? This feels like a beta test, and we are the guinea pigs!
