Last night, my team and I worked for 8 hours on a detailed script analysis using ChatGPT, only for all our work to completely disappear! When I tried to download it in DOCX format, the file didn’t just come out empty—it never appeared at all.
I had to manually retrieve bits and pieces from past chats through copy-pasting, but a huge portion of our work is gone for good. This is unacceptable, especially since we are paying customers with an annual subscription.
