I Face Character AI Server Full Error with 4 Hour Wait Time

While trying to chat with a character on the Character.AI platform, I receive a “server is full” message and see a waiting time of up to 4 hours. Having to wait for hours just to start a conversation makes the app nearly unusable and is extremely frustrating.

It is not acceptable for such a widely used platform to have insufficient server capacity and force users to wait this long. This severely impacts the overall user experience and discourages continued use.

I request that Character.AI improve its server capacity to reduce these excessive wait times to a reasonable level and ensure that users can access the service smoothly and without interruptions.
