I Face Character AI Chat Limits and Age Restriction After Update

I had been enjoying using the Character.AI app for a long time, but after the update released on April 4, 2026, I am no longer satisfied with the platform. With this update, chat limits were introduced and age restrictions were added. Because of these changes, I can no longer use the app as freely as before across Android, iOS, and web platforms.

I believe this update has negatively impacted the user experience and significantly lowered the app’s rating. My expectation from Character.AI is that this latest update be rolled back and that the platform returns to its previous version, which allowed unlimited chats without age restrictions.
