Blue de Chanel Perfume from Sephora: Poor Longevity Complaint
I ordered the Blue de Chanel perfume from Sephora's online store, but it absolutely does not last even 5 minutes on my skin. The longevity is zero.
I submitted a request for the product to be inspected and sent a photo. They requested a PDF format, which I provided, but I received a response asking for the PDF again. I confirmed that I had already sent it in PDF format, but they did not respond further. They also did not take the product for inspection.
I have heard there are authenticity issues with suppliers, but I did not expect such indifference. It’s supposed to be a major brand. What is the point of customer service if they don’t even create a request for support?
