Unresponsive Customer Service and Faulty Side Stand on CFMOTO 650 MT Motorcycle
The side stand of my CFMOTO 650 MT motorcycle is unnaturally short, causing it to almost tip over whenever I put it on the stand. A friend of mine bought the same model in white, and their side stand is of normal length, making it easy to use. You can clearly see the difference in the attached photo. We opened a request for replacement under warranty, but it has been two months and we are still waiting for approval. My wrist even gets injured every time I lift the motorcycle. What exactly are they waiting for to give their approval after two months? Even when I speak to customer service, they don't listen to me. I've sent emails, but no one bothers to respond. If you don't stand behind your product, you'll create a perception of "Chinese motorcycles" in Turkey, and soon no one will even buy the NK250.
