Grundig Washing Machine Delivery Delayed by Ceva
On 30 March, I purchased a Grundig brand washing machine from the Media Markt online store. At the time of placing the order, the estimated delivery date was shown as 1 April, but today is 4 April and the product has still not been delivered. In the cargo tracking, it is shown that the Ceva vehicle has been in Muğla Menteşe for several days with the note “waiting for delivery day plan”. Despite this status, there has been no movement and the delivery is not being made. When I try to call Ceva, the phones are not answered and I cannot reach any representative, so I am left without any information about what is happening with my delivery. My Media Markt order number is 5441541029. I urgently need this washing machine, and being kept waiting this long without any clear information has caused me serious inconvenience. I request that the washing machine, which is apparently waiting in Muğla Menteşe, be delivered to my address immediately without any further delay and that I be informed clearly about the process.
