N11 Sold Me a Broken Profilo Washing Machine and Won't Replace It


The Profilo washing machine from my order number 201988121834, purchased from Media Markt via N11, was delivered yesterday by Borusan Logistics. Today, when the service team arrived for installation and unboxed the product, they discovered that it was damaged. Photos of the damaged product and the service report are attached. I am requesting a replacement as a priority. I previously reported this issue to both N11 and Media Markt, but no solution has been provided so far. Additionally, I have noticed that, just because I requested a replacement, Media Markt has removed the Profilo CGA252F0TR 1200 RPM 10 kg Washing Machine from sale on N11, yet continues selling it on their own e-commerce platform and other marketplaces. This is unethical and unacceptable business conduct. If a resolution is not provided by next week, I will escalate the matter first to the Consumer Arbitration Board and, if necessary, take legal action. I expect the necessary steps to be taken.
