Ceva Logistics Left My Refunded TV Order at My Door Despite My Objection

I ordered a TV, and it was delivered by CEVA Logistics. However, the delivery person carelessly threw the package and left without any proper communication. I told him multiple times that I did not want the package and had already requested a refund, but he completely ignored me and walked away. I even showed him proof that the return request had been processed, yet he insisted on leaving the package. This experience made me question the professionalism of both the delivery service and the seller. This behavior was unacceptable, and the situation has caused me a lot of stress.
