Shipy Fails to Process Payments and Provides No Customer Support
I can’t even call Shipy a real company—it’s one of the worst platforms I’ve ever dealt with. We receive payments for our store through Shipy, but barely 1 out of 5 transactions are correctly transferred to our account. This level of incompetence is unacceptable.
Their live chat is nonexistent, their WhatsApp support doesn’t work, and their on-site customer service is completely useless. If you’re not going to support your users, why even run this platform?
Shipy, I demand my payments be processed immediately. I have already gathered screenshots as evidence and will be taking legal action through my lawyer. You have no right to withhold our earnings. If this issue is not resolved, I will personally ensure your shady practices are exposed!
