I purchased the Vinopure discovery set from Caudalie’s official website about one month ago. When I recently started using the products, I noticed that the moisturizing cream included in the set was almost completely empty, with only a small amount remaining along the edges. Receiving a trial product in this condition was extremely disappointing.
I also shared this issue as a comment on the product page, but no response was provided. I believe that a product purchased online and paid for should be properly filled and complete.
For this reason, I am requesting that the underfilled moisturizing cream be replaced with a full product, or that an equivalent solution be offered.
