Caudalie Skincare Triggered Sudden Acne and Comedones

I purchased Vinoperfect Radiance Anti-Dark Spot Serum and Vinohydra Intense Hydration Cream from the Caudalie online store under order number 142000202587. I used the products for the first time, and shortly after starting to use them, I experienced severe skin irritation. A large number of comedones and pimples suddenly appeared on my skin. This issue has been ongoing for about one week, and I have never experienced a problem like this with my skin before.

I have not contacted customer service so far. Due to this negative experience, I am requesting a refund for the products.
