Casinom Did Not Credit My Deposit and Blocked Me

I sent money to my Casinom account, but the funds were never credited. Despite providing proof of the transaction, including receipts, the support team ignored my requests and kept asking me to deposit more. When I persisted, they eventually blocked me, leaving the issue unresolved. I cannot access my funds or get a response from live support. This is highly unprofessional and unfair to users who trust the platform with their money.

I demand that Casinom resolves this issue immediately by crediting my deposit or refunding the money to my account. Ignoring customers and blocking them is unacceptable. Players deserve transparency and accountability. I will continue to pursue this matter until it is resolved.
