I am writing regarding unauthorized charges deducted from my Revolut account on 26 November 2025 for an online purchase with the merchant “CVwizard” (reference: 5gpmg993). The transaction was cancelled, yet two separate amounts were still taken from my account: €14.99 and €0.99. After noticing these deductions, I contacted Revolut support and was advised to communicate with CVwizard about the issue. I also requested a refund from CVwizard, but despite the cancellation, the charges have not been returned to my account. I request a full refund of the €15.98 total (€14.99 + €0.99) deducted for this cancelled transaction and confirmation that no further charges will be made related to this purchase.
