PayPal Security Concern After Unknown Sony Charge

On January 20, 2016, I noticed through a notification sent to my Gmail account that $24 was charged via PayPal under the name Sony LLC without my knowledge or authorization. I cannot see which bank account or card this charge was made from in the system. Because of this, I am unable to access the transaction details or initiate a dispute through my bank.

Since PayPal is an international company and Sony LLC appears to be UK-based, I have been unable to find a direct contact to dispute and reverse this transaction. I have not been able to reach either PayPal or Sony LLC to request a cancellation and refund.

I am requesting that this unauthorized charge be urgently investigated, that the specific bank account or card used for the transaction be identified, and that the unauthorized $24 be refunded to me. I also request that all necessary security checks be conducted on my account to prevent a similar issue from happening again. Additionally, if there is any PayPal or related service subscription connected to this charge, I request that it be canceled immediately.
