Carwiz Forced Unwanted Insurance and Delayed My Deposit

I rented a vehicle in Bosnia and Herzegovina from the Carwiz agency through Yolcu360. I paid $96 for a 5-day rental. Although I paid the $55 cross-border fee to travel into Serbia, I was forced to purchase an additional mandatory insurance policy costing approximately $271 when I arrived to complete the paperwork. Because everything was closed due to the holiday, I had no choice but to accept it and rent the vehicle. On top of this, my security deposit of over $321 charged to my credit card has still not been refunded, even though a week has passed. I forwarded this matter to Yolcu360 and have received no response for a week. I am completely dissatisfied with Carwiz. I am uncertain about Yolcu360 as well, though I had no issues during my previous rentals and believe they will resolve this issue.
