Carrefour Sold Me a Damaged Dijitsu Deep Freezer and Refuses to Take It Back

I'm telling you how to be a fool with money. I buy a Dijitsu brand deep freezer from Carrefour SA Nautilus. The brand says that there is no service for the installation, you open it. I open the box and see huge damage to the metal body. I also congratulate Dijitsu for being a brand that sees and packages this, but I don't know them. I trusted Carrefour SA and made purchases. After countless phone calls for two weeks, they are telling me that they cannot buy the product because the box is damaged. The worst part is that they didn't see the box, they are doing this because Dijitsu says so. I am sharing the pictures I sent to Dijitsu, see if there is any damage to the box. Thick white plastic package strings pass through what looks like a dent. Is it possible for this weakness to cause such damage? They are literally making fun of the consumer. I will apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee. I don't expect results from here, either. Nobody I've talked to for two weeks has come up with a solution. In this day and age, if you don't want your money to be spent for who knows how long, if you don't want them to ruin your whole day out of anger, if you don't want to take time off from work many times for a product that is not yours, you should think ten times before buying white goods from Carrefour SA.
