Carrefour Did Not Deliver My Promotional Order and Gave False Excuses

Carrefour is not delivering my promotional orders. I placed an order yesterday, and at first, I was told the product was out of stock. Then I added a different item, but this time they claimed they couldn't find me at my address. However, I was home the entire time and received no phone call. Usually, all delivery couriers call when they arrive at the address, but that didn’t happen in this case.
