Carjet Antalya Car Rental Nightmare – Extra Charges and Poor Service
On September 29, 2024, we landed in Antalya, and the Carjet rental experience was a disaster from the start. They arrived 45 minutes late at the airport and then took us to their office. While processing the rental, they demanded a €3,000 deposit and claimed my credit card wasn’t working. The real issue was they wanted an extra €105 as a service fee, which I refused to pay. As a result, I was left without the car, and we had to call a taxi instead. The rental company, Alo Car, is completely unreliable, and Carjet does nothing to regulate these issues. I’ll never rent from either again – from now on, I’ll stick to German rental companies. I might also consider vacationing in places like Spain, Greece, or Italy instead.
