Once again, I'm facing an issue with Cappy juice. I just bought a new one from the local store, and when I tried to open it—as I normally would—I was completely shocked. The seal was misprinted and impossible to open properly. I hadn’t opened it before, yet the packaging was already faulty.
This isn’t just a minor design flaw—it directly affects the usability of the product. How are we supposed to safely open and drink something like this? It feels careless on the manufacturer’s part and shows a lack of quality control.
Cappy needs to investigate and improve their packaging standards. I expect a replacement or some kind of compensation. Consumers should not be left dealing with such obvious production errors.
