I Found Mold-Like Substance in My Cappy Pineapple Juice

About three days ago, I purchased a Cappy Pineapple Fruit Juice from the Şok Market located in Ağrı Merkez. What I experienced after opening the bottle was absolutely unacceptable and shocking. Inside the sealed juice bottle, I discovered a strange, unidentified object that looked like mold or some decayed substance floating inside the juice. The appearance alone was disturbing and disgusting—definitely something no consumer should ever come across in a beverage meant for human consumption.

This is the first time I’ve encountered something this alarming in a packaged juice product. It raises serious concerns about Cappy's hygiene standards and quality control. I no longer feel safe drinking their products and now have zero trust in their brand.

I demand a full explanation from Cappy and Coca-Cola Türkiye (the manufacturer), as well as immediate action: a product recall if necessary, a public clarification, and proper compensation. Food safety is not optional—it’s a responsibility.
