Yesterday, I bought a Cappy juice from a Şok Market, something I’ve done countless times before without issue. But this time, I was absolutely horrified to discover a piece of sponge inside the bottle. How does something like this even happen in a product meant for consumption?
This is an unacceptable level of negligence. I could have accidentally swallowed it, which could have led to serious health consequences. It makes me question how little attention is being paid to quality control and hygiene standards during production and packaging.
Cappy was a brand I used to trust and enjoy, but this experience has completely shaken that confidence. Who knows what else we’re unknowingly consuming? I urge Cappy and Coca-Cola Türkiye to take accountability, investigate this issue immediately, and ensure stricter safety protocols are in place. I also request an explanation and appropriate compensation for this dangerous oversight.
