How to Stop Unexpected Pro Subscription Charges on Canva
Although I was using the free version of Canva, an invoice for a monthly Pro subscription was created for my account. The customer number listed on the invoice is 04689-28672131. Because there was no money on my card, no charge was made. Still, the billing appears on my account and I believe this is incorrect. Also, when I try to reach customer service I’m constantly redirected to an AI bot and my issue is not being resolved.
I request that my account remain on the free version, that all billing be completely stopped, and that these kinds of errors do not happen again.
