Canva User Claims Platform Sells Their Designs Without Consent
I've been creating posters, logos, and various designs on Canva for a long time. Due to something I've noticed for about two years now, I have serious concerns about the platform's trustworthiness. Within Canva, I'm seeing that designs I created myself, which belong to me, are being offered for sale as part of paid membership plans without my clear and explicit consent.
These designs were created entirely through my own effort, and I believe the decision of whether they get put up for sale should depend on my own wishes. Despite this, I can't find a clear panel where I can control my designs, nor can I see any explicit approval process for them being offered for sale. I also tried to contact Canva's support team about this issue, but I wasn't able to reach them properly and didn't receive any explanatory information.
I expect Canva to provide a clear and transparent explanation of what rights they hold over my account and my work. I am requesting that my ownership of my designs be recognized, that all processes related to offering them for sale be made contingent on my explicit consent, and that if there is a security or authorization gap causing this, it be fixed urgently. I want to be clearly informed about the conditions under which my account and designs are being used, and I want the necessary corrections to be made.
