Canva EBA Login Not Working on Computer
Today, I tried to use Canva with my EBA account for the first time, but I have been continuously receiving an error when trying to log in from my computer. When I select “Log in with EBA,” the page displays a message saying, “We couldn’t load this page,” along with a 500 error code. Refreshing the page does not resolve the issue, and I have been unable to use the system throughout the day.
The problem started today at around 2:30 PM, and despite trying to log in repeatedly since then, the issue has not changed. I am completely unable to access Canva using my EBA account, which is disrupting my ability to prepare lessons and educational content.
I tried contacting the support teams for both Canva and EBA, but I have not received any response so far. I request that the EBA login issue be investigated and resolved urgently and that I be provided with clear information about the cause of the problem and its resolution.
