I Can't Access My Canva Account Due to a Persistent 403 Error

I haven't been able to log into my Canva account through my browser for about an hour now. When I try to open the account, I see the warning on screen: "This design is private. Go to the homepage to keep designing, or ask the person who shared the design for access. Error: 403 • Ray ID: a10a0898ff40d386-FRA," and I can't access my account.
I normally use Canva by logging in through my browser with my EBA (national education platform) account, and even though I'm trying the same way right now, my account won't open. I tried contacting Canva support, but I haven't been able to reach anyone yet and haven't received any response regarding the issue.
I am requesting that my Canva account, which was opened through my EBA account, be urgently reopened for access, and that I be able to reach my designs without any problems. I kindly ask that this access issue I'm experiencing be reviewed and resolved as soon as possible, and that I be informed accordingly.
