Canon G3430 Malfunctioned After a Few Days and Service Returned It with Low Ink
I bought the Canon Megatank G3430 photocopy machine, and just a few days later, it began having problems with color copying. I dropped it off at the service center, and they held onto it for 17 days. When that time was up, they said there was no problem and just topped off the ink. On top of everything, they gave it back to me with the ink levels under half. It's frustrating for a new machine to have problems so soon, and I felt ignored by how the situation was managed. I’m not interested in sticking with a product that had issues right from the beginning. This experience has disappointed me, and I’m looking for a way to fix it.
