Unable to Use Gifts in Candy Crush Saga

I'm struggling with using gifts in Candy Crush Saga. I'm having trouble accessing the gift shop in the game and it's really frustrating to be stuck waiting all the time. What seems to be the problem? It's really annoying that I can't receive gifts. I have to wait for no good reason. I just want to have a smooth gaming experience on my Huawei tablet, but it's frustrating that there's no game support desk available to help me with this issue.
