Candy Crush Freezes Every Time Amazon Ads Appear on iOS
I play Candy Crush on the iOS platform. Recently, whenever an Amazon ad appears, my phone freezes and I have to close and restart the game. Sometimes it freezes on my last move, which causes me to lose lives and forces me to replay the level I had already won. Because of this, my lives run out very quickly. On rare occasions, the game gives me a gift because of the error, but if the game freezes five times, I only receive one gift.
This problem happens every time an Amazon ad shows up, and it occurs 3–4 times a day—if spread over 24 hours, about 8–9 times. I updated the app, but the issue still continues. I haven’t contacted the game’s support team. I log in with my Facebook account and I don’t have an in-game username.
This issue seriously affects my gameplay experience. If the Amazon ad cannot be improved, I request that it be removed completely.
I see less freezing in the Amazon ad, but my previous phone was a Vivo brand and I never had any problems. The iPhone 16 constantly freezes, especially when I finish a game it freezes, and having to start over makes me angry; my gold and lives are running out. I need an urgent troubleshooting solution.
