Unable to Access Video Ads in Candy Crush Saga - Need Immediate Assistance

I am currently unable to receive video ads in Candy Crush Saga, which is affecting my gameplay experience. I need help with this issue as soon as possible, or I may have to consider deleting the game. Additionally, I’m running low on lives, and without the ads, it’s becoming increasingly frustrating. Video ads were available previously, so I’m not sure why they’ve stopped appearing now.

Furthermore, I play through Facebook, but none of my Facebook friends are showing up in the game. If I’m connected through Facebook, why aren’t my friends visible? This issue is making me lose interest in the game. Candy Crush support, please resolve these problems so I can enjoy the game as I used to!
